Route 1: Circular route to the Castle and Pyrgi
An easy circular route around the area of Mad Cat Farm that allows you to explore the surrounding area till Kastro, enjoy the wonderful view of the bay of Evia and the mainland. Walk on the asphalt road towards Afrati and ascend to the castle through paths. The view from Kastro to the Gulf of Evia is unique. The descent from Kastro to Fyla is again via asphalt road. From there you can go back or continue hiking till Pyrgi. ActiceNav app describes the route in detail.

Route 2: Circular route from Arma Monastery
A pleasant, easy roundwalk on dirt roads and tracks through the agricultural fields south from Arma Monastery. The walk leads through typical mediterranean landscape with strawberry trees (Arbutus unedo) and olive groves towards the coast and then heads back inland. You may encounter a flock of sheep in the open fields.

Swim in a unique natural swimming pool
If you haven't swum by the time of your departure, you can dive in the completely naturally cleaned pool and sense its coolness. If you choose to stay one more night, we suggest visiting a winery.
